Crews have started setting forms for sidewalk on the west side of 22nd Avenue and will start to pour sidewalks and the multi-use path.

In Phase 3, south of Olwien Street, crews have installed the watermain and will start water services next week. Storm sewer installation started today and will continue next week. It is expected that underground utility installation will be complete by the end of next week.
