Emergency Ordinance 20-029 (previously Ordinances 20-007 & 20-010 & 20-028) which outlines continued safety measures and requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19 continues to be in effect. On December 15, it was extended for a period of sixty (60) days. This ordinance outlines efforts that provide requirements for the reopening of businesses with reduced occupancy capacities and COVID-19 mitigation strategies in place. Ordinance 20-029 includes the same language and is a continuance of Ordinances 20-007 and 20-010 and 20-028. Since adoption amendments have included an addition of a requirement for all bar and restaurant staff and employees to wear masks. Other additions include community-wide mask mandates.
