Ordinance 20-028 passed extending same measures enacted in Ordinance 20-010

On October 27, Ordinance 20-028 was passed and will go into effect upon publication.

Emergency Ordinance 20-028 (previously Ordinances 20-007 & 20-010 adopted July 7, 2020) which outlines continued safety measures and requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19 continues to be in effect. On October 28th, it was extended for a period of sixty (60) days. This ordinance outlines efforts that provide requirements for the reopening of businesses with reduced occupancy capacities and COVID-19 mitigation strategies in place. Ordinance 20-028 includes the same language and is a continuance of Ordinances 20-007 and 20-010. Since adoption amendments have included an addition of a requirement for all bar and restaurant staff and employees to wear masks. Other additions include community-wide mask mandates.
