NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON APPLICATION

FOR A VARIANCE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Richard and Erika Drawdy made a request for a variance on W ½ Lot 2, All of Lot 3, Block 4, Skinners Second Addition, also known as 922 5^th Street.  The request is to construct a building 3.75 feet from the east lot line.  The R-2 District requires a 7 foot side yard setback.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said application will be brought on for public hearing before the Board of Adjustment of the City of Brookings at 5:00 o’clock P.M. on Thursday, September 3, 2020, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
